RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance via OpenTable.

Kindly note, priority reservations are reserved for Chef Arie’s Steak Club members.

Availability is limited; however, on beautiful summer days, additional reservations may be released day-of—we encourage you to check back often.

​

Outdoor reservations are weather-dependent and, while we always strive to accommodate guests in the event of unfavorable weather, it is not always possible. Please note, outdoor dining naturally comes with seasonal elements such as heat, breezes, and our local "flying friends." If you prefer a more controlled dining environment or are particularly sensitive to outdoor conditions, we recommend reserving an indoor table.

If your preferred time is not available, please use the “Notify Me” feature on OpenTable—it truly works wonders.

For changes, cancellations, confirmations, or inquiries regarding larger parties, please email us at reservations@bistroete.com.

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the day of your reservation. 

Reservations may be canceled at any time by emailing reservations@bistroete.com; however, cancellations are only valid once received prior to the stated deadline.

No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $50 per person charge to the credit card on file. This charge will be applied in accordance with our reservation policy and is not dependent on whether the table is rebooked.
